- Supports insurance placement discussions for PV, BESS, hybrid projects, EPC construction, cargo transport and operational assets.
- Helps align insurance requirements with procurement documentation, warranties, Incoterms, delivery risk and financing expectations.

## Project Acquisition Support
- Helps investors define acquisition criteria, target project stage, MW/MWh range, technology focus and commercial discipline.
- Supports screened Romanian renewable project opportunities, including PV, BESS and hybrid development pipelines.
- Coordinates due diligence and transaction workflows such as NDA, non-circumvention, NBO/LOI, exclusivity, SPA support and closing coordination.

## Commercial Model
Joultra remuneration may be included as a transparent procurement markup, fixed sourcing or estimate fee, managed procurement fee, or agreed success fee depending on the transaction route.

## Supplier Confidentiality
Supplier identities, source pricing and source terms are disclosed only under a protected commercial process such as mandate, NDA, non-circumvention terms, reseller route or another approved procurement structure.
