# Joultra Procurement Process

## Estimate Route
Use the estimate route when a project needs budgetary cost visibility for feasibility, investor review, EPC budget checks or early BoQ structuring. Outputs may include an estimate memo, benchmark range, assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, price drivers and recommended procurement next steps.

## Procurement Offer Route
Use the procurement offer route when the buyer is actively sourcing equipment. Joultra qualifies the scope, approaches suitable suppliers through protected relationships, normalizes supplier input and presents structured procurement options issued through the Joultra desk.

## Supplier Protection
Joultra is not a public supplier directory. Supplier identities, source pricing and source terms are protected until a mandate, NDA, non-circumvention structure, reseller route or another agreed commercial process is in place.

## Commercial Model
Joultra remuneration may be handled through one or more of the following: transparent procurement markup included in the desk-issued offer, fixed sourcing or estimate fee, managed procurement fee for complex packages, or agreed success fee.

## What Clients Receive
- Estimate memo with scope, assumptions, inclusions and exclusions.
- Procurement offer issued through the managed procurement desk.
- Anonymized supplier comparison before disclosure is approved.
- Lead-time, warranty, logistics and documentation risk review.
- Optional logistics, insurance, warranty, customs, commissioning and financing route when quoteable.

## Benchmark Limitation
Benchmark data is indicative planning information. It is not live supplier pricing, not a binding offer and not a guaranteed market price. Commercial use requires supplier-backed procurement offers.
