FAQ

Request form questions.

Is this the same as Submit Sourcing Request?

This page explains the request route and starts the same 3-step RFQ flow. The actual form is hosted at /submit-request so buyers can move through request, equipment and contact details cleanly.

Do I need a complete BoQ to submit a request?

No. Partial technical data is acceptable for an initial review. If details are missing, Joultra will clarify the scope before approaching supplier market.

What happens after I submit the form?

Joultra reviews the request, clarifies the scope, confirms the commercial route, approaches supplier market where appropriate and returns an estimate or procurement offer path.

Will supplier names be disclosed automatically?

No. Supplier identities and source terms are protected until a mandate, NDA, non-circumvention structure or other approved commercial process is agreed.
