Terms for using the Joultra platform.

Joultra is a commercial platform operated by Energy Century XXI SRL. References to Joultra, the platform, we, us or our refer to the Joultra platform operated by Energy Century XXI SRL, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The Joultra brand is used for renewable energy infrastructure services, including equipment procurement support, insurance request coordination and project acquisition advisory.

The platform provides information, intake forms, qualification workflows and commercial coordination support for renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Services may include budgetary cost estimates, RFQ structuring, supplier-market checks, procurement offer pathways, insurance quotation request support, project acquisition mandate intake, due diligence coordination and transaction support.

Submitting a form, assessment, mandate, quotation request or project document does not automatically create a client engagement, exclusivity, insurance coverage, financing commitment, supplier contract or transaction mandate.

Any paid mandate, exclusivity, brokerage route, acquisition support, procurement route, insurance placement or transaction engagement must be confirmed separately in writing.

Benchmarks, budgetary estimates, market ranges, lead-time comments and indicative comparisons are provided for planning purposes only.

They are not binding offers, final supplier quotations, insurance quotations, financing terms, investment advice or guaranteed market prices.

Supplier names, source pricing, source terms, project owner identities and transaction opportunities may be protected until the relevant commercial route is agreed.

Disclosure may depend on NDA, non-circumvention terms, mandate scope, seller consent, insurer appetite, supplier consent or another approved commercial process.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when submitting project details, BoQs, technical documents, commercial assumptions or contact information.

Users should not upload confidential third-party information unless they are authorized to share it for the requested review or commercial process.

Joultra does not replace legal counsel, tax advisors, licensed technical designers, financial advisors, lenders, insurers, brokers or regulatory consultants where those roles are required.

Legal, tax, financing, investment, technical design, permitting and regulatory responsibility remain outside the platform scope unless expressly agreed with the appropriate qualified provider.

The website and its forms may be updated, paused or changed from time to time. We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted opportunity can be supported.

We may update these terms as the platform, commercial model and service routes develop.
