No. It is indicative planning data generated from the workbook and public benchmark inputs. Commercial use requires supplier-backed procurement offers.
Why can small-package unit prices look high?
Small-volume procurement can carry conservative unit pricing. Larger volumes, framework purchasing, supplier allocation and optimized logistics can materially reduce final unit cost.
What should a buyer do after reviewing the benchmark?
The buyer should send the BoQ or technical requirement so Joultra can qualify the scope and request supplier-backed procurement input through a protected process.
